All service delivery timelines mentioned on the site are estimated based on expected and previous history. Neither Transit Address , its parent company, nor 3rd party couriers are liable for any delays caused by natural causes, in climate weather, airline schedules, insufficient or inaccurate delivery information, customs clearance delays etc

Customers must follow all guidelines on the site for proper service, including correct declaration of contents, updating the US tracking number packages, using the correct name and address on all packages and avoiding the use of USPS for delivery. We will not be liable for delays caused by failure to comply with instructed procedures. 

We hold the right to deny shipping of any package that upon inspection does not match the declared item description or value. We hold the right to terminate your service without notice in the event of shipping banned items, false declaration, or failure to make payment. 

In the event that insurance is purchased on any shipment, you must verify the contents of your shipment at the time of delivery and raise any claim of damage at the time of delivery. Any claim raised after accepting the package will NOT be covered by insurance. Also, as long as your contents are intact you must accept your package at delivery, you cannot refuse accepting of any package that is delivered to you in intact condition. All insurance claims will be cross referenced against the actual item invoice for proof of value. 

Insurance is mandatory and you are liable to pay the insured amount prior to delivery.

Transit Address Right for Refusal of Service
Transit Address and its delivery partners reserve the right to deny delivery service to any customer that is found abusing the service. Among other things, abuse of service includes:
1) Declaring false package contents 
2) Declaring false shipment value 
3) Failure to pay for shipments in a timely manner 
4) Making false claims against the service 
5) Using the service for commercial purposes without expressed consent 
6) Shipping items that have been listed on our BANNED ITEMS list
